Hi is anyone able to help me??
I need to write a quality of care report, I know what to put in it but don't know how to start it off if that makes sense. is there certain headings & sections? does anyone have a blank form willing to email to me? thanks in advance! :)

Your quality of Care report should have references to the parent/child questionnaires that you should send out each year, It is a chance to answer any comments and let people know how great you are and what the other parents think (anonymously). You should sum up any improvements that you have made in the last year, new qualifications any changes to your service, what you have achieved in the last year. You should also set out any plans, training, improvements for the next year. Basically selling yourself as much as possible. You can put photos in if you want.

You can put headings if you want - maybe using the NMS headings or the inspection headings. I just write mine as a report. I don't use a form the QoC Report is personal to each childminder and setting.
