All dated 20 August
Good luck

Of the 9 documents listed by Ofsted the Evaluation Schedule is unchanged ...so no need to reprint that one

Only just spotted this Simona but thank you so much I was looking for updates on factsheets the other day but nothing I wanted was coming up on the search engines. Didn't even think to ask on here which is strange for me:thumbsup:

No problem Mum67
as you are just registered these will be new to you and you don't have to compare with previous ones to find the changes
You have a bit of reading to do but...as you are waiting for an inspection...start with Conducting EY inspections and then look at the Evaluation schedule factsheet...that will make it clear what the inspector will look for and how they grade you
CPD is mentioned there a few times so you can get an idea what you want to put in place as you are starting to do that
Has anyone noticed that Ofsted have removed the factsheet about inspecting cms without children on roll....have I missed it?
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Simona this is off the April 2014 Are you ready for your inspection? Is this the new one or am I looking at an old one now?
What if I am not caring for children when an inspection is due?
52. Where the inspection is of a childminder or is temporary provision such as a holiday playscheme, the normal practice is to make a telephone call to the provider in the week before the inspection to check the days on which the provider will be operating. It may become clear in this phone call that the provider does not currently have any children on roll. Where this happens, the inspector should explain that the inspection must still go ahead. This is because Ofsted is under a legal duty to carry out the inspection of every provider within a given cycle. We cannot defer the inspection to a later date because:
in most cases, there is no guarantee that a provider will be caring for children at a later date, even if the inspection was deferred
providers who remain registered with Ofsted must make themselves available for inspection at any time during their registration.
53. The inspector should explain to the provider that the inspection will go ahead but that because the provider is not caring for any children, then they will be unable to reach a judgement about the quality of the care and learning for children who would otherwise be in the setting. This is because that quality is highly dependent on the level and type of direct engagement between the practitioners in the setting and the children they work with. Therefore, the inspection will not be a full inspection using the four-point grading scale, but will be a check that the provider continues to be suitable to remain registered. This means that providers will not be unduly penalised by achieving a lower grade quality judgement than they might have achieved, had they had children in the setting at the time of the inspection.

Mum67...these are the ones you need to look at ...9 in total...all dated 20 August 2014 as per link in my OP
Ofsted | Search results: Resources (http://www.ofsted.gov.uk/resources/advanced-resources-search/results/%2A/19/all/any/34/any/%2A/20-08-2014/20-08-2014?solrsort=im_search_date_mktime%20desc)
This is the one for providers with no children on roll or children present...it is still on the Ofsted website when I checked this morning ...so I assume still valid...thanks for replying on this
Ofsted | Inspecting registered providers with no children on roll or no children present at the time of the inspection (http://www.ofsted.gov.uk/resources/inspecting-registered-providers-no-children-roll-or-no-children-present-time-of-inspection)
Not sure if the 'Passion to be outstanding' has been updated but the Evaluation schedule will tell you how to be outstanding
Hope this helps

Thanks Simona will look at them all today as well as uploading my SEF. I can't wait to get the inspection over now and spend time with my daughter I feel she is being shoved out because of my worry for Mr/Mrs O coming and I am getting fed up of feeling inadequate about myself when I know I am putting my all into it. Wish I could just be happy with whatever they give me until next inspection but I am just not that type of person I always have to push myself and make things harder for myself.
I tell myself what will be will be but deep down I want more if you know what I mean.
Thank you so much for all your help and support:)
