Hi

I understand I could operate before school and there would no need to be registered, however could a parent claim to pay me if I don't need to register and therefore do not have a registration number ??

Can anyone offer any advice please ?

Ah ok that's what I thought but just wondered as would only have child for 20 mins per day so seemed pointless to register tbh

No you have to registered for the mum to be able claim tax credits etc. If mum wishes you use then she will have to pay you out of her wages :)
