Hi got a phone call to pick a 4year old from school 2days a week, so is it right in thinking that I don't need to do a learning journey for the child cause he is in full time school, and do I class as under 5 or over in numbers xx thank you

School are responsible for the EYFS report but I still keep a scrapbook where I put in photo's and artwork (if any)
