I don't know if anyone can help at all but somewhere I have seen a childminder use a small tote bag, just big enough for a a5 daily diary with the name of her business on and the child's name.
Has anyone else come across this, if so any idea where I can get them from

I would imagine any company that produces marketing and promotional materials would be able to make one. Vistaprint do things like that, or just google for some in your area.
