Hello, feeling excited. I have a lady coming tomorrow to sign contracts. She came for a visit last week and her little boy was really lovely and got on so well with my boy. Just wanted to check I get everything filled in that needs doing.

Deposit, or payment in advance if it is quick start. Soooo many people get off on the wrong foot and regret it when it come to payments when things go wrong later- be clear, they pay for contracted hours whether they use them or not. Hold a deposit in case they don't pay in future or always get payment in advance.
