Had anyone tried to register a 16 y o with Ofsted?
I know we can't do first aid locally till she's 16

I've been told 17 is the youngest unless unpaid and not increasing numbers

It may be clearer to you if you look at EYFS 2014 page 21 3.29...that is from September though
