Open up your welcome message from the link I've given you...

Log into the forum a second time and open up a message window to Pauline in your 'private messages' bit...

Highlight the address of your welcome message ... the http://www bit

Right click, slide your mouse down and copy

Go to the message for Pauline and right click and slide your mouse down to paste...

It should appear - it might look squashed, that's fine it will still work...

Put in a title etc and send...

don't go saying you are thick. You just don't know about computers. That's not being thick.

I've used them for donkeys years and there's still loads of stuff I don't understand.
