all you childminders who work all day everyday and through the school holidays too, I only do term time and find that the school holidays are spent planning and preparing and paper shuffling!!! How do you fit it in , well done to you all. :clapping::clapping:
I get most of my stuff done in the term times and don't fall behind on the day to day stuff but the big stuff sef etc I seem to only haver time in holidays to do, so well done you all. I think we are under valued for all the behind the scenes things we do and think we should have a National Childminders day!!! :)

This is my second ( and last!) week of 6 days. My longest day being 13.5 hours. Bonkers.
I like the idea of a cake day . Maybe it can be the new craze... We can all upload pictures of the cakes we've decorated to reward ourselves with! What decorations shall we use?!
