I am a bit confused about SEF and CPD, are they both the same thing. Since I am newly registered I need to get it started and not quite sure how to start really.
Can anyone explain please, pretty please :o

There is an Ofsted SEF - or there is your own self evaluation - you need to do one or the other Ofsted are clear about that one.

Within your SEF you will talk about things you do to make your provision amazing - plus any training and CPD you have done to support your professional development.
