I think it's one of the hardest things when starting out - to know if you're doing enough. How lovely to have a parent who is so positive!

I have a word document titled "Feedback from parents" - I add e-mailed or texted comments or messages in Xmas cards/thank you cards to it and I copy and paste them into my SEF - section 2 - "views of those who use your setting". Well done on receiving such a lovely comment - they make you smile all day don't they?

Think my SEF maybe quite long as I have included every lovely comment that the children and parents have made - well Ofsted did ask the question!
