I have my first gradeded inspection this week and i feel sick with worry anyone else felt like this on their first one.

Yep! I had the phonecall while I was loading the car for the airport. They wanted to come the next week but I was abroad so they held off and came the day after we flew back! There was nothing i could do as I was in a completely different country. I spent the whole 10 days we were away stressed out and really didn't enjoy the holiday :(

Totally normal! I was obsessing over every little thing - I did a risk assessment on wearing a poppy! It went fine but I was glad when it was over. The waiting was almost worse than the inspection itself.

I had my first graded inspection last Nov. I honestly think I may have to give up before the next one is due or I think my own children and my husband may just move out. I was a complete wreck and the actual inspection was so much better than the waiting for it!
