In a bit of a predicament at the moment. We are currently selling our house and we were forced to exchange contracts on Friday otherwise our buyers were going to pull out. Only thing is the chain above us is not at the exchanging contracts stage yet so for the moment we do not have a house to move into come 21/2. We will probably move in with a close friend or relative for a wee or so. My big concern is how does this affect my position as a childminder in Ofsted's eyes? Any advise is welcome

Surely you wouldn't be childminding during that week at a friends, their house is unlikely to be suitable anyway. When you move into your new house you would have to do a new risk assessment and inform Ofsted obviously

The friend is known to the parents of my mindees and her children are friends with my mindees as are mine. It is only after school for about 2 hours. I'm aware that I would need to do risk assessments at hers and at my new house.
