This app is fab but it has been down for a week or more now. I just wondered if it's just me or are others having problems too?
I only use the free version but I haven't had a problem

I used it for a while but then it said I had exceeded my free trail. Is there a free version without time limit then?

I have been using it for a while now. As long as you don't exceed five observations at a time then it's free to use, as far as I'm aware there is no trial, you can use it indefinately. It flashed up about a week ago that they were undergoing maintenance and apologised for any inconvenience. Thought it would have been sorted by now!

Do you mean five children or five observations on the same day? I have 7 children on roll and sometimes do write up observations en masse so either could have triggered this?

The free version is fine for me. I can only have up to 4 obs at a time.. it says 5 but flashes up at 4 .. Although possibly I've got one sitting somewhere!
My only gripe is when doing multi photo and using photos I've already taken, I can't get it to select more than one photo. But that's not a major issue!

No more than five photo's at once. So take five pics, email to self, print then delete and start again. Hope this helps x

That's exactly what I do.

At the moment the app won't show you the subsections from 22 months onwards and I don't know why. I have reported it but nothing as come of it yet.
It's working for me. Maybe delete the app ad reinstall it?
