Hi could anyone give me some advice on what paperwork I need for not very regular minding? Do I need a contract

I always do a contract (simple one I wrote for the purpose) and for ad hoc/not regular childminding I get the parent to sign to say that they understand that I can only offer a space if one is available due to ratios. I also do permissions, all about me forms

You should always have a contract whether a full one or a shortened one for the specific requirements otherwise you wouldn't be covered on your insurance for that particular child.

Thank you for your help do you think I should do a normal paced contract or draft a new one specifically for non regular childminding?
