Hi i had my pre-registration visit in November last year, there was a delay as my inspector needed written permission from my Landord which he has only just agreed to do. At the time of my pre-reg visit she said my records and notifications had to be amended, she said all notifications have to be put in. Can anyone tell me what she means by that, mine states that i will keep attendance register, accident/incident/medication book, childs records, illnesses etc and complaints???
