Hi there!
Just got my first Ofsted call today so being inspected next week. Not entirely sure why I'm posting but feel lucky I can share!
I got the call and when I was asked if I had questions I asked if she was dsb checked which was maybe a bit brazen but wanted to use the opportunity to ask something.
Anyway wish me luck and any help/tips grateful!

Only one stress is after a person from the borough came over she recommended I put outstanding with the assumption that she'll have to find what I'm missing but now I'm panicking I'll look arrogant!!!

Would you change your SEF now or just leave it? Was thinking of adding to it before Monday...?
Thanks for reading x

If your Development Officer or whoever it was who advised you to put outstanding thought that you were Outstanding then I would leave it - just make sure when Ofsted come that you can explain why you think that you are. I don't know what prior experience you have or how you are running your setting but your council advisor obviously was impressed. Good luck for next week - don't forget to give us some feedback.
