If I have all my under 8 spaces filled but mum has had a baby would I be allowed to take on the baby or not?

As far as I understand its max 6 under 8's no exceptions even for variations or continuity of care.

Not without an assistant.

As has been said the 6 under 8 rule is never to be exceeded. Ofsted will give no leeway on this and will give inadequate during an inspection

thanks all thought this was the case just wanted to double check I have confirmed this with mum she is gonna place new baby in a nursery an leave other little one with me as he is so happy here an use me for baby if an when place come available
