Try ringing it back then x you can always withhold your number (141 I think) and see x

Ive tried calling back it says my network dont support this number its strange x

It is too many didgets for a land line or a mobile. I would ignore it it won't be Ofsted because they would leave a message anyway.

Be careful it might be an international number. Do you have an answer service? Worst case, Ofsted will write threatening to cancel your registration.

It's most likely: 020 3630 0502, which is a London number. It's listed on some nuisance call reporting sites.

Take off the +1 and try it.
