I had an e-mail telling me my password was about to expire - I logged back on and tried to set a new one, it said that the password had to consist of a capital letter and a punctuation symbol (I think) so I have set a new one but as it isn't anything like I normally use there is no chance that I will ever remember it! (my old one didn't have a capital letter or symbol in it)

Yes that happened to me as well...had to reset password using the instructions they gave
Write it down somewhere very safe...I too cannot remember all the blissed p/words we have to use...but worth it I think!
