Two of OFSTED current Regional Directors will become National Directors when Gregory retires.

The sector is being split in 2: Early Education under Nick Hudson and Childminding under Lorna Fitzjohn...so far there have been no reasons given by the split.... so I wait for our Associations to say the first words!

So childminders come under their own umbrella and not early education? The plot thickens ..........

and how will they show the overarching when we come under both I wonder?

What next, it's worrying!

I am sorry if this is a worry to you...I have to admit I am more than worried I am dreading the worst but I am not prepared to just sit here and do another 'wait and see' game with Ofsted and the DfE
