Hi all

I stopped childminding for a year and have just gone back to it but wanted to know what posters etc I have to have on display. I have my registration certificate up but nothing else.

Could you lovely people let me know what should be on display and any other documentation I should have in my folder.

Many thanks Emma

The parents poster that comes with your registration certificate, I think you get print in from the ofsted website? I display my insurance, first aid, safeguarding and pacey membership certificate but I'm not sure if that's necessary?

Reg certificate

Parent poster - Ofsted Poster (http://www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/freeresources/Free%20downloads/ofstedposter.html)

Those are statutory.

Most childminders also display evacuation procedure - and while it's not a requirement some inspectors do expect to see it :D

Thank you everyone. I've got to go through all my paperwork and think I still have all the posters and my evacuation plan still so will put them back up ASAP.
