I have my first graded inspection on Wednesday or Thursday this week. So today I cleaned the computer keyboard (we have a Mac - it's white but not grubby any more :)) and did a RA on wearing a poppy. The things we do for Ofsted!

The inspectors are usually pretty supportive on the first inspection in my experience and give tips on how to improve. But how are they are on a second inspection? I am dreading it!! Not sure I have improved much,.

Good luck. Stay positive and let the inspector know all the wonderful things you are doing! Put the children first in everything you do and you'll be fine.

Thanks, all. It went fine. I got a good - so pleased. Mrs O was really helpful and best of all my two year old DD was on absolute best behaviour and wowed with her advance communication and language skills. Quiet celebration tonight as hubby is working. Then I get my reward of takeout for tea tomorrow! Lamb biryani - yum!
