Finally had my inspection this morning turned up when I was in my towel lol
Downside was that a parent complained but I know who and why !!!!
Upside I proved her wrong and got a satisfactory now to progress on that to a good x x

OMG you had a "turn up on the doorstep, unannounced inspection" visit - poor you, glad the parent who made a complaint got her facts wrong and you cleared your name - were you due a visit anyway?

Remember to put it I'm your complaints log. I had unannounced inspection last month following an anonymous complaint. Mine was also no action and was graded good. Hopefully no further inspection until 2017 cycle. Well done.

Oh Jesus are you trying to give me a heart attack! Unless I have something booked I do not answer the door!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And def not in a towel!!!!!!! It's a home as well as a work place after all and if there are no children present I am off duty!:D
