An inspector would probably not be interested in documentation for lo's no longer in your care.

If you feel the parent who's leaving might raise a complaint, then photocopy the LJ so you can prove you fulfilled L&D guidelines, but if they're leaving due to moving house, then a complaint is less likely in this case.

Oh no she won't have any complaints she's very upset to be leaving us and actually cried when speaking to me :((
