Hi,

Wondering what everyone does, I record any injuries that are of concern ie in unusual area , and if significant such as egg size lump on head after fall.

However for common bumps and bruises I usually note in my CM dairy and discuss with parents ( so we are both aware it occur outside if my care) rather then in accident and incident file .

What do you do?
