Please could someone tell me if I need child record forms when all the info is on the PACEY contract? - please say no!

Replying cause I can hear the concern in ur post.
But Not sure I have then answer, do u mean the PACEY child record form rather then just contract?
If so I would imagine this is enough, dbl check the statutory requirements it lists want info you need such as child's, address, DOB, etc etc

The contract doesn't include mmr vaccinations etc. I have a contract and child record form for each child. My co-ordinator came out the other day and checked that I had them. Check The framework it might be ok

There is information on the child record form which doesn't appear on contracts always. Emergency contact info, immunisations, religion,
I always have a child record form - sometimes I don't have a contract - I have done adhoc work in the past which hasn't needed one.

Hoping I'm ok, it says you need to record name, address etc and parental responsibility and that is all on the contracts, nothing about vaccines in the framework???

Yay they have been and although I can't tell anyone what I got yet as may change, I got a good!!!! Didnt even check the forms we were talking about!
