another question i'm afraid!!! :blush: with myafter schoolers i am expecting to have the full time in the holidays - although its never been mentioned yet. if i am wanted in the holidays, and its written in the contract my £3.10 per hour, and then they decide they want to take 2 weeks out for example, do i charge them the full days fee - or their normal after school fee of about £50 per week????
i am guessing its a full day fee but not sure.

I'd say the full fee as it's during holiday time

I'd add a bit to the contract stating the hours wyou will have them in the holidays then any time they take off charge them as if they were using the hours - if that makes sense:o

this is how i do holidays
i ask the parents to tell me what weeks they want in the school holidays i ask for 4 weeks notice and then i charge them full pay if they decide not to bring them iysim
