I collected The 19mth old that I mind from her granny's this morning and she had cut her finger on the floor somehow. It looks like little paper cuts now. Was bleeding a little but was no big drama. Do I need to record this??

I always record injuries no matter how minor as an existing injury. I always ask what has happened and record the explanation. I dont record in accident book unless injury occurred on my premises but I record existing injuries in each child's diary.

yes always do an accident form for cuts like that. Sorry but better safe then sorry.
