So some.of u may remember my hard time in june after my grading. Was due for monitoring visit this month which i have been waiting for....instead i have a call from a different inspecter to come.inspect. was a voicemail so i gotta call back. Releived yet sooooo nervous lol

go to the library and get books
display books you have somewhere depicting a diverse group of people - old, young, male, female, from different countries etc
ELC happyland?
Welcome poster in different languages
Variety of dolls
get kids to make a collage of all types of people 'We are all different' in the middle and put it on the wall

If you have any children from other countries make sure you have their home language on the welcome poster and some words on a word display or something.... you will be fine!

Try and be pleased they have contacted you and you can move on from the last inspection.

Thanks sarah :) i am feeling positive now. Everything is up to date and have submited revised sef.

I have got some more books from.the library thay cover diversity. Made a matching game for equal ops job roles eg lolypop man etc

And have even spent a tiny bit on ebay for extra dressing up resources :)

so now i feel confident!!!! Surely there is nothing more to do?
