Can someone pls help. I need to get an assistant asap. I have advertised on facebook, my local town magazine and gumtree. I only got an enquiry and it was not a suitable one. I'm based in kent. Plsss help.

Do you have any local colleges near by who offer childcare or teaching qualifications?

Looking in to colleges and places that run childcare course is a realy good idea, you can take on an apprentice, which costs less than hiring an assistant and I believe for your first ever apprentice, you get a government grant to help out.

Look in to apprenticeships as well.

I advertised on job centre plus and got about 20 applicants on the first day.
