What a brilliant idea. I have the units with basket storage boxes so we could just pop out the baskets and the remaining space becomes a huge dolls house, thank you for this snippet!

if you didn't put ht ewallpaper at the back so it was a dollshouse and just used the shelf unit, this could be used for displaying interesting objects, a fire station, a discovery zone.....anything you wanted......good idea :thumbsup:

I leave one of the "squares" on my unit free from boxes. I put interesting things in it & it's amazing how long the children will stand playing.

Soo wish we had an ikea... :(
