She is a Nursery World journalist looking at writing an article on this issue and now that my LA is playing ball she wants to know what other LAs are doing.

I have also received a message from Katy to input information...all I have is what I have gathered here and via the emails exchanged with the DfE

I can report the barriers we are meeting ...or not as some LAs are now complying
I will not name any cm or LA....I do feel we need to be heard and supported
Like many cms I believe we need a clear indication whether the LAs need to follow the guidance or is it still at their discretion?

Once again I have tried to get answers from my LA but today the lady I need to speak to is away. I have left a msg for her to call me back tomorrow when she is back in the office. I will let you know once I have spoken to her.
