I printed out this report as part of a risk assessment then took it to Asda. They haven't heard anything about it. Got a full refund and now bought a new one. Team Tex and Kiddicare are replacing them if you ring with the serial number on 01530 519728 or emailing enquiries@teamtex.co.uk.
