Hey guys
As some of you may already know I am new to this....
Just been reading a lot of posts on here and see that SEFs are mentioned here and there.
This I take it is an evaluation of how things are going etc? I have actually found the form on ofsteds site and had a brief reading over it.
I presume they require you to do one of these prior to an inspection? Or is it once every 6 months to reflect on your practice and your setting etc??
Amy :)
Remind me, are you registered yet?
If not you will get an explanation with your certificate as to how you do it.
If you are registered you should have had it!
Yes it is a way of evaluating your setting but you are not required to do it, you can show other ways of evaluating. SEF is probably the
easiest!

That's ok. That's what the forum's all about, helping each other out!
You don't need to worry about evaluating your setting or SEF until you are registered. I got a long explanation of how to do your SEF online when I got my certificate.
