I'm looking at getting my hubby a fish tank for his birthday its 5ft it is reinforced glass but would ofsted have a problem with this?

Same as everything risk assess it.

Cover on top/ children educated not to climb on it.
Reinforced glass.
Children supervised
etc etc etc.

Nope, we have a tortoise in a vivarium and I risk assessed under low level glass. Said that it was reinforced, children would be supervised, the cage locked etc etc and Ofsted lady didn't even comment x

I have one... need to do a RA otherwise no problem and its great for the kids to see :thumbsup:
