I have a 9 month old child starting with me 1 or 2 days a week, if I then had another parent with under 1 wanting 2 of the other 3 days, to start in a couple of months time, contracts signed etc can the first parent change their days, or increase their days so that the were the same as second parent. Or would I have to say no

My understanding is yes...as if both families were with you and situation changed where the days would overlap then its continuity of care.
However 2 under 1's can be hard work, make sure you risk asses and don't over do it ;)

Would agree with Sarah I think you could through continuity of care but it would be hard work for you.
