I'm trying to work out what to do in regards to supplying meals and how to charge if I do it as part of hourly fee or as an extra?

If you supply food how do you go about it please?

Thanks

I include food in my hourly rate, others charge extra and some don't provide any meals and asked for packed lunches.

I also include food in prices, I take our weekly shopping receipt, highlight the foods specifically for minding and claim in back on tax :) x

I include snacks and lunch but charge for tea as an extra unless the child is staying with me for 10 hours in which case I include it.

I include snacks but ask parents to supply packed lunch. If they forget, then I charge. I also charge for breakfast and tea.

I only really supply drinks.

One family brings big bag of fruit, bread, tins etc for the week.

Others bring lunch box with snacks etc for the time they are here.

I got fed up of wasting money on food that wasnt eaten and love fact i know have more time out of the kitchen.

I wouldnt go back to providing meals but think if minders do then they should charge extra, food is so expensive now
