I cannot begin to describe how i am feeling right now. I have put in an official complaint about the inspection i received and I cant believe i have just looked out of curiosity and it is online already. Before the complaints procedure has even been started.
Am i right in thinking that as it is a subject of a complaint and is under investigation it shouldnt be able to be viewed yet? or have i got it entirely wrong?

I have been digging through Ofsted documents.
Document 070080 - dated April 2013 - is the most up-to-date copy of the 'Complaints procedure: raising concerns and making complaints about Ofsted' document I can find.
The document says (page 7, point 21) -
'We do not normally withhold publication of an inspection report or withdraw a published inspection report while we investigate complaints unless there are exceptional circumstances.'
This is because they say 'Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector has a duty to report the findings of an inspection or investigation on its completion. It is also important for users of the inspected provision, who are aware that an inspection has taken place, to be informed about the findings of the inspection within our published timescales.'
