i have to do a risk assessment for my radiators and hot water but cant seem to find what the temp as to be exact thank you x

I don't have my heating set more than 18, but 20 rings a bell for some reason.
Hot water, I do recall a plumber advising me to set my tank to a higher temp than it was - something to do with bacteria
He changed the setting and I've not touched it since, just been up to have a look and can't see it lol

My RAs say that radiators will be 'hand warm' and controlled by stats which are checked through the day in case children fiddle with them. :D
