so I should of had an inspection in march this year and were now nearly June and no phone call
I contacted Ofsted in April to say I have children and to let them know as when they called in Sept I didnt
have any children so they were going to give me another 6 months.
anyone else still waiting for a inspection I submitted my SEF form a couple of weeks ago thinking that would prevoke a
call but nothing should I not even be worrying?
thanks in advance

They won't 'forget' to inspect you! You could ask again? I know it's frustrating when you just want it out of the way and you can relax a bit. I fear you will just have to keep waiting!

Yours does seem a little late for a proper first inspection, all the other people who replied above are overdue for 2nd inspection or in my case 3rd! If it is worrying you then ring them again but I'm sure the phone will ring soon enough.:D

My first graded inspection didn't happen until Feb 2010: I was registered in June 2008, but only had my nephew in the eyfs and after schoolies on roll when they called me ( around Christmas 2008) to arrange an inspection, so it had to wait..... ages!

I would just try to forget about it. As others say, it will come soon enough :D. You just have more time to get established and comfortable and tweak your paperwork systems to fit it with your way of doing things.
