Put in a complaint to Ofsted regarding my inspection, got a letter back saying they are passing it onto Prospects to deal with. Has anyone won their complaint with Ofsted/Prospects and if so any tips, advice please. I am not holding my breath, it was regarding the one reason I was not given Outstanding. Very poor and weak reason and just not true!
