I've just spent 3 hours with my inspector and the morning generally went really well- there were a few scraps about sharing between my two kiddies (my own child being the one to blame!) but I distracted them well phewww! Anyway at the end she told me I had been given an OUTSTANDING!!!!! In every area!!!!! She said she couold find nothing to get me on - my only informal recommendation was that I got he parents to write written feedback - and that was nitpicking! She said she had never awarded anyone an outstanding before but she was so impressed!

I have to say a huge thank you to everyone here - I read alot and have got so many ideas nad tips and questions answered here about things that without you lot I would never have even thought of. Also want to say a special thank you to Sarah Nev whose books have been invaluable!

Love a very shocked and shaking Gemma (who is planning to celebrate tonight but may end up crashing as only slept about 2 hours!)

Thanks so much for all your messages - it means alot! I am still in shock and woke up several times in the night wondering if I had dreamt it all! I will try and remember what she liked etc and write it in tips but to be honest after she gave me the initial grade - I then went into the shock state (she must have thought I was a right weirdo!) and didn't really hear what she said!
I think I need to see the report to really believe it has happened!

Thanks again - oh and me and hubby got a last minute babysitter and went out for a nice meal!!
