Hi All,

I'm currently filling out my SAF and a little stuck on the following questions

• The service anticipates problems and supports people to prevent difficulties with behaviour or relationships with others emerging
Please cite evidence and/or give examples.

and these
• People receive care from relaxed staff able to cope with more complex demands without becoming stressed or resentful
• People with complex needs receive skilful care
• People have good interactions with staff and feel enhanced well-being as a result.
Please cite evidence and/or give examples.


I've been filling this out for days and feeling like I'm repeating myself. Any one else in the same boat?!?
