Just getting ready and organized for my coming graded inspection.Just cant believe how much paperwork there is to do...well of course I have all the documents,policies etc. but just updating and checking policies and learning journals and sef etc...I am glad I have over a week to get it sorted...and then cleaning the house on top of it lol! How everybody else keeps on top of everything,any tips please let me know!

The best way is to do it regularly! Easier said than done. I remember my pre-inspection paperwork sort out, took a few days! Once the inspection is over though you have the comfort of knowing everything is up to date!

I have Friday afternoons off so I finish off anything I didn't during the week then and plan for the next week. It'd end up being a late night or take over my weekend if I didn't.

I ended up getting my learning journals x5 up to date on Saturday ! Took me Three hours but least its fine, still havnt done nxt week planning so guess I will have to do that today :(

Mrs RobbieWillliams,what kind of planning do you do? I sort of go more with the flow,of course I do plan some things but I only have two little mindees during a day.

Weekly planning to include interests and next steps but feels like waste of time but do said had to do it :(
