Hello, does anyone have an 'ad hoc' or 'as and when' contract i could have a copy of - please :)

Ive got a couple of families wanting some childcare during school holidays which i have agreed to take on. Am wondering if i just use my permanent contract but tweak it a bit, or whether there is an 'official' contract for ad hoc, as and when required care? many thanks, Hermione. x

I have just used the standard contract and I write in the hours section etc ad-hoc hours to be arranged in advance, in the payment bit I write payment to be made in advance of pre-arranged hours....

I use my permanent contract putting the daily times on the days they may come and then in additional notes section l put as and when required between the hours above during school holidays.
