So I finally got the call from Ofsted this afternoon after a 4.5 month wait for my. They are coming on monday morning at 09:30 am :panic: Didn't think they would come so quickly after the call. Any one have any tips or what they may ask? She seemed nice on the phone who is coming to do the visit. Just said she will ask me about the early years, see the setting and have a general chat with me. Oh and check my paper work too! Worried I have missed something important! Oh and this is my pre reg visit! Any advice would be much appreciated :)

All i can say is do your best to relax, as that will ensure you get all the points you need to across.

Good luck, not that you will need it and please remember to tell us how brilliantly it went :-)

Thanks for the reply Gail.

It went well thank goodness! She was here for 2 hours but it seemed like for ever haha! She was really nice and made me feel relaxed. She said she was happy with my answers and I was suitable to be a childminder. She is now writing the report back to Ofsted and should get my certificate with in 2 weeks:clapping:

I just now need to get some EYFS planning in to place as was a little unsure on that part but was fine at explaining the ages and stages etc. So happy it's over with for 6 months until my next inspection:thumbsup:
