My mindee has been at preschool all day today when I collected I had to sign accident book as he had fallen in playground and bumped his head.
I have mentioned to gran who collected him, wrote it in his diary and have text mum. Should I do anything else?

nope, youve done all you can.
I do usually give a head bump notice as well to parents with the signs to look out for. Did nursery not ring mum when it happened?

I would put it in my accident book as a pre existing injury so you cover off that you are aware and it didnt happen with you.

No they didn't just said he was sat playing with tractor in the school yard when he tumbled forward and bumped his head. He was upset but ok, he has a very small graze and redness around the area.
I will put in my book as pre existing to definitely cover myself.
Thanks

Head bump notice. Where did you get it I could have done with one today. Child tripped over his feet and collided with the cupboard.
