Does anyone know if Ofsted will do the pre reg visit before DBS's have been returned. I had to apply for 5, 4 came back just after 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for the last one. I was hoping if they could do the pre reg I would be able to get registered sooner

Now they wait for all checks to be completed before they come out to do pre-reg. Hope they come soon x

Have you tried chasing the DBS check? They sometimes get lost in the system.
