Does anybody have a diary sheet they would possibly share with me?
I've an emergency cover child just today & so wanted to recited for parents what she's done

i just write

Today I ...

had .......... for breakfast
had .......... for snack
had .......... for lunch
had .......... for tea

Slept from ..................... to .....................

had wet/dirty nappy
had wet/dirty nappy
had wet/dirty nappy

and had fun doing .........................................

I use the free one I got from UKCMA its on my computer as adobe reader file sorry dont know how to share it or I would xx

Sorry I can't share mine without taking all the childrens names off - I do a daily activity sheet that has all the children on and e-mail it each evening to parents.

Mine is similar to loocyloo

Morning activities - so detail toys the children chose to play with and any craft activities, singing, stories, puzzles
Morning outings - toddler groups, played in garden, trips to park, library etc
snack
lunch
afternoon activities - as above
afternoon outings - as above
tea
then list of bottom of form - nappies and sleeps for each child
